the completion of a survey by Maritime Vessel Surveying,
Inc., and the satifisfaction of any safety
issues or deficiencies which may have been addressed
in your vessel's final survey report, Captain Konz will provide
you with a United States Coast Guard Safety Inspection sticker
(decal) which will reflect that your vessel meets the following
USCG requirements:

2. Registration/Documentation
3. Personal Floatation Devices (life
jackets)
4. Visual Distress Signals
5. Fire Extinguishers
6. Ventilation
7. Backfire Flame Control
8. Sound Producing Device
9. Navigation Lights
10. Pollution Placard
11. MARPOL Trash Placard
12. Marine Sanitation Device
13. Navigation Rules |
This placard
represents that your vessel is now soundly equipped for
safety and has the proper documentation.
